Vacuum-Packed Filets
Bleumer uses only superior salmon for its smoked salmon products. We use only salmon fillets "sushi grade" to produce our delicate smoked salmon. Transported directly from the ocean to the processing plant, salmon "sushi grade" is transformed into perfectly cut fillets, vacuum packed and blast freezed, all in less than eight hours. This process guarantees the highest quality standards for smoked salmon cold ready-to-eat.
